He picked up a tie and drew it across Q's eyes, even pulled it tight, but then slipped it down to his mouth to act as a bit gag. He tied it tight enough Q couldn't close his mouth and the tie cut into the corners of his lips. Another tie wrapped around one wrist, then he pulled Q's other arm behind him to bind them together.
